Snake River Coffee in Pocatello

Coffee is delicious, atmosphere is great, pet friendly, great service! Stopped on our way out of town to get a good cup of Joe 🍵 since the hotel coffee was burnt and nasty. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend to those staying in the area hotels who want real coffee.

Coming from Salt Lake where there are a ton of Beans & Brews, we've come to prefer them over other chain type coffee joints, as far as the quality and cost of their offerings.However, this location is usually just a tad off. The service is always friendly, but we run into some sort of issue with our order here almost 100% of the time. Nothing major, but it's always something, and we never have more than 1-2 items in an order.Most recently, we purchased a frozen caramel cielo for my wife. We noticed it seemed slightly on the dark side, and after my wife had a few sips she had me taste it; we both felt it was maybe made with a mocha base. This was confirmed shortly after by my wife showing symptoms of her chocolate allergy.

Decided we wanted some coffee on our way out this morning and we found this pretty sweet spot! The breakfast sandwiches are pretty great! I got a an iced Mr.B's, highly recommended!

Not very friendly. My brewed coffee was cold and for some reason they gave me french roast instead of the house blend. I was very nice about it and said something but they took an weird attitude quickly.

Pretty good coffee. Would say that it is pretty middle of the road in flavor and quality. Good drink options and variety. The venue space is very nice. Seemed to be a nice gathering space. A couple of tables had small groups enjoying conversation over coffee.

Intercom/speaker system is the worst. I have never been here and had them hear the order correctly the first time and more often than not they will tell you to pull forward.

Stopped in with my girlfriend. Being on the road we needed something warm and strong so we decided on two large americanos and it did t disappoint. Barista was kind but not very talkative. Great stop if y’all need a pick me up.

Worst coffee ever, none of us could drink it, waste of allot of money. However, the ladies were nice. We ended up getting drinkable coffee at Starbucks and it was less expensive.

Small selection, and most of it is not easily seen , you have to ask for the tea menu. It was fast service and the staff was very polite.

If you're looking for good hometown coffee shop, there's better choices.

Love the cheese sandwich and copper freeze. Summertime favorite is the lemon chiffon drink. Great place love it.

I say no foam and they give me foam. At the prices paid, I expect milk to the top, not 1.5 inches of foam.

Coffee tasted good, cute place with good service.

We got three items and out total crazy large. All three coffees were not good at all. One was not fully ground and another was sour. Also, the drive through set up is pretty inconvenient.

Ordered a large Americano with two extra shots and it tasted like water. It was hot, though. Also, got a vanilla latte and that was good. I'll go here again, but not for an Americano.

Why I mostly visit Starbucks for my morning coffee. I am never greeted with a good morning! Or what are your plans today? I'm never asked if I'd like breakfast. Just total at the window, sign this receipt. And I often dont get a pen to use. They hand my coffee to me, their backs half turned while they converse with other employees. No, thank you, have a great day. And drink quality is always lacking. I wont be returning to this location. Hope a manager sees this and takes his or her staff to the next level. Because it is definitely needed.

Tasty affordable local coffee served by kind and fast staff!

Coffee is good but over priced. I used to visit Snake River all the time and the transition was upsetting. Last year i came in weekly and the new management has changed the atmosphere of the place. The morning weekday baristas are amazing and super nice but the new manager has made things worse. She is cold and overly pushy. She has no idea what she is doing and it seems like the employees are constantly slaving away as she does nothing but get in the way. I will not be returning because of the new team.

This used to be a very cute little local coffee shop. It is now very unkept and gross. The bathroom looked like a truck stop. You could tell it has not been well cleaned for a really long time. I had already ordered my coffee. Worried that the food prep area may look like bathroom and main area floors. I left the coffee on the counter and went to Main Steam Coffee.

Beats that "Bucks" place.

Damn good lattes, coffee is excellent. But, although I love Chai tea, I didn't particularly enjoy theirs.

I noticed the management has been pointed out already on these reviews and there is a reason why. The manager is a joke. As a coffee maker and a teammate. I can tell by the dynamic of things and the way the employees act.The passed couple of times she has made my drink and she has ruined it both times. She doesn't know what a "wet" latte means.

Good strong tasty coffee.

This was a a definite score! Thankfully this place was by our hotel. The ladies working were very friendly. The lady helping us had an eager to please attitude and made a great cup of java. Their coffee was delicious. No bitter or burnt after taste (cough Starbucks cough). If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stop by again. It was adorable and warm inside. I didn't want to leave.

Worst mochas,/coffees we've ever had. The staff was very nice, but we spent almost $30 on drinks for our group and they all ended up in the trash. Was incredibly disappointing and a waste of $. Will never go back.

I went completely out of my way this morning hoping that this place was open like it says on Google at 5:30, just to give it a try. I will never come back to the store again to get coffee. Complete waste of time! It’s all about punctuality, I show up on time to work so I expect the same. I will continue to go to Java express. I've never had a problem with them not opening on time.

Used to be Snake River Coffee, my favorite study place through college, my favorite place to hang out with friends, and even my kids loved it! Now it's a corporate sell out with no small town charm and offensively high prices (my Americano costs $2 less at Starbucks). I'm disappointed in the owners for changing my favorite place into a place I hate to be.

I've only had blended beverages here BUT they are so good! I definitely reccomend!!!

Love the coffee here. Way better than Starbucks and convenient location. Ask to get your drink in a ceramic mug. The tea are also very good. Wish they had healthier food options. Fresh fruit parfait, keto Toast, simple biscotti would be nice.

I thought this was a typical coffee shop where you get shots of espresso in your drink. I was severely disappointed. I watched them pour some kind of pre made mix from a large pitcher into a cup full of ice and call it an iced mocha. It tasted like the cheap gas station iced coffee you get from a machine. Not worth $5. I will go somewhere else and get real coffee for this price! :(

The drive-thru wait was much longer than it should have been and they got an easy order wrong. (Hot instead of iced, and placed almond milk in the wrong drink.) To their credit, they did remake it quickly. I like supporting local businesses when I travel, but based on this experience, I would recommend you pass and find a Starbucks.

Nice people. They gave me treats for my wife's puppy and the coffee was quickly brought to me. Nice and rich. Good food here too. Great breakfast stop.

Hidden behind Burger King, this little coffee shop boasts a warm and friendly staff & quiet escape in a comfy setting. Yummy options like Aztec mocha and feature Tully's coffees. Free wifi to stay connected & relax for a bit. Glad I stopped!

I usually buy 3 to five coffees every other day from here but i will no longer be buying anything here. Today i oredered my normal 5 coffees the lady katy who took my order failed to get it right after literally eveeythjng i oredered then i get to the window and they roll there eyes at me give me 4 coffees tell me i didnt order 5 and if i wanted another i had to get back in line shuts the window and walks off. The level of hospitality at this establishment is an embarrassment and has cost them my business.

Will go no where else for my coffee. The absolute BEST!!!
